This 500 hour course curriculum lays emphasis on five major categories of asanas which are forward bends, backbends, balancing/standing poses, spinal twists, inverted poses and have a deep understanding of the form and benefits of each group of asana.

If you find a particular asana too difficult to execute, our experienced teacher will relay the knowledge of alternate Asanas to work up towards achieving advanced Asanas.
