This 100 hour course curriculum lays emphasis on five major categories of asanas which are forward bends, backbends, balancing/standing poses, spinal twists, inverted poses and have a deep understanding of the form and benefits of each group of asana.

If you find a particular asana too difficult to execute, our experienced teacher will relay the knowledge of alternate Asanas to work up towards achieving advanced Asanas.
You would also be equipped with knowledge of when shouldn’t you perform an asana and what odifications/alternate asana could be performed to reap the same benefits.

To perform the asanas correctly and effectively, there is a need to learn about the physiology of the human body. The knowledge of biomechanics lets you know how the joints function within the human body so that you can prevent injuries to yourself or your students.
